I have always had a special sensitivity in my hands that allows me to easily locate those points where there is greater tension, as well as an intuitive ability to soothe pain and relax the muscles. Combining those virtues and the thirst for knowledge, I decided to train at a professional level to deepen the techniques, work on my passion and help my clients feel better, more relaxed and less stressed.

To offer holistic work, both at an energy and physical level, I have been trained in different countries in various techniques: Physical: manual therapies and other tools, in: Spain: Auriculotherapy, neuromuscular bandage, on-site massage, quiromassage, sports massage , foot and manual reflexology, oriental, ayurvedic and anti-cellulite facial massage. Thailand: Traditional Thai massage “Nuad Boran” and Rural style “Nuad Chaleisak” and the Thai foot massage “Foot massage for Health”. Bali: Balinese massage. Energetics: Reiki level I and II, Via de las Manos Neijing School. Kundalini Yoga that works both the physical level with the postures (asanas), as well as the more energetic and mental level with the different kriyas, meditations and conscious breathing (pranayamas).
